Extend-a-Room Base System

A fast, clean and cost-effective alternative to traditional foundations — the Extend-a-Room Base System offers modular steel base construction for extensions and conservatories. Designed for rapid installation with minimal disruption, even on uneven or restricted-access sites.

External Pivot Door Systems

Our External Pivot Door System is a contemporary, flexible and beautiful alternative to sliding or bifold doors. The system can accommodate glass panel up to an amazing 12m wide and offers great sound, wind and thermal properties. Needless to say, it also comes with all the security features you'd expect with external doors.

  Minimal Frames have been outstanding throughout the process, from planning to install and aftercare. At all times their communication has been top-notch; fast and effective. Quality of the glazing itself is excellent, the installation process was pain free and the windows and pivot door look incredible. They’ve been really strong on aftercare too, checking in that all works well and correcting a very minor issue quickly.   Bob and Minimal Frame have stepped in to help sort out problems with another glazing company. He has kept us well informed throughout and has worked tirelessly to deal with the manunufacturers to get the doors delivered and the install started. We were 90% done by Christmas which was a huge relief. I've found Bob to be straightforward, transparent and responsive and am very grateful for his help fixing our previous issues.
