The Schüco FireStop ADS 90 FR90 is a next-generation fire-resistant aluminium door system designed to deliver exceptional protection for 90 minutes, while maintaining architectural elegance and technical flexibility. Built around a robust thermally broken frame and a sleek 145 mm face width, it offers large clear opening sizes, slim sightlines, and a high-end visual appeal suitable for commercial, healthcare, education, and high-spec residential environments.

This system platform has been engineered to simplify fabrication and speed up installation with high prefabrication potential. Its modular design supports a wide variety of applications – from flush-mounted fire-rated doors to integrated fixed glazing. Thanks to its innovative 3-chamber open-rebate geometry, adjustments to hardware or function (such as upgrading from single- to multi-point locks) can be made post-installation without removing certification.

  Minimal Frames have been outstanding throughout the process, from planning to install and aftercare. At all times their communication has been top-notch; fast and effective. Quality of the glazing itself is excellent, the installation process was pain free and the windows and pivot door look incredible. They’ve been really strong on aftercare too, checking in that all works well and correcting a very minor issue quickly. He has kept us well informed throughout and has worked tirelessly to deal with the manunufacturers to get the doors delivered and the install started. We were 90% done by Christmas which was a huge relief. I've found Bob to be straightforward, transparent and responsive and am very grateful for his help fixing our previous issues.
